General Manager's speech:

1. The focus of work in 2025 is sales. Without sales growth, there will be no development. Internal management should be taken seriously. Production, technology, quality department, and delivery department should fully support and cooperate with sales staff. Meeting customer requirements is the foundation of the company's survival.

2. In the past year, internal management, delivery, and control of unqualified products have improved slightly, but R&D work is lagging behind. R&D work will be taken as the focus in 2025. Conventional products are very involuted. Only by continuously developing new products can we stay at the forefront of the industry.

3. The main problems in 2024: balance problems have been complained, production inspection should be taken seriously, and there is also control of packaging details. First of all, we must meet customer requirements and improve our management according to customer requirements.

Deputy General Manager's speech:

1. In 2025, warehouses must have certificates of conformity when shipping, and new products must be based on customer requirements.

2. Sales staff have any requirements for products and inspections. They should communicate with the production technology and quality inspection person in person and make the requirements clear.

3. The technical department will improve the drawing process and require clear markings. Production inspections should be done as required.

4. When the front-line employees are in place, the production department will hold a meeting and solemnly promise to meet the requirements of the salesperson. If the goods are urgently needed, do your best. If you really can't do it, tell the salesperson in advance. Production will implement a pre-shift meeting and stipulate that daily tasks must be completed, especially urgent orders. Check the completion status the next morning.
