This thicker resin bond diamond grinding wheel is ideal for surface grinding, double-end grinding of square blanks, or cylindrical grinding of neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) to achieve efficient material removal and dimensional machining.

Used for double-end face grinding of billets/blocks, on a double-end face grinder, two such grinding wheels are used simultaneously to grind the two large faces of a NdFeB billet to quickly obtain precise thickness and parallelism.

Used on vertical or horizontal spindle surface grinders to grind one surface of NdFeB workpieces.

Used for grinding the outer diameter of NdFeB cylinders, rings, and other products to achieve precise outer diameter dimensions and good roundness.

Used for plunge grinding, where the side of the grinding wheel can be used for plunge grinding to machine the required step height in a single pass.
